  • Yes—standard legal fees are included. If a case is complex (for example, international) we’ll explain any extra fees before you decide.

For Surrogates

  • Typical pay includes a base amount, monthly stipend, travel, maternity clothing, and coverage for certain medical procedures (like a C-section). Each case is reviewed to keep it fair.

  • If bed rest, childcare, or lost wages are needed, extra support and compensation can be provided. Your health and well-being come first.

  • No. Standard legal and program medical costs are covered; clinic/pharmacy bills are handled separately by the intended parents and providers.

Legal

  • No. We only match in surrogacy-friendly states and work with experienced attorneys to protect everyone’s rights.
